We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. 

In Short

• Main point of contact with clients for inquiries and guidance.
• Maintain contact and collaborate with internal and external parties.
• Prepare market analyses and proposals.
• Handle inquiries regarding different health plan types.
• Assist with on-site/virtual presentations and billing issues.
• Prioritize and complete daily workload efficiently.
• Must handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Occasional travel throughout California may be required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of employee benefit account management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 applications.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience with nonprofits is a plus.
• Valid California Accident/Health and Life license required.
