In Short

• Serve as the primary contact for a designated book of business.
• Support the planning and execution of open enrollment.
• Assist in collecting renewal data and obtaining quotes.
• Participate in client presentations to communicate renewal strategies.
• Work closely with consultants to develop stewardship reports.
• Maintain accurate policy information in the agency management system.
• Support new client setup and resolve eligibility issues.
• Assist with client billing audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Travel 20% of the time.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in employee benefits.
• 1-5 years of employee benefits agency/broker experience.
• Current or obtain Colorado Life & Health Insurance License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with employee benefits and insurance products.
• Attention to detail in handling policy data.
