Overview

The Gainsight Administrator’s primary responsibility is to design, implement and deploy solutions supporting n2y Customer Success processes on the Gainsight platform.

In Short

Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to support business strategy development.
Work with the IT Enterprise data team to ensure data quality and integrity.
Configure and deploy Gainsight to internal customers.
Partner with IT teams to ensure successful data flow.
Analyze requirements for appropriate solution designs.
Manage mapping and implementing Customer Success processes.
Develop a customer health scorecard.
Design business rules for customer engagement.
Coordinate user acceptance tests for quality assurance.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Experience with Gainsight NXT and Matrix Data Architecture.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse and SQL queries.
Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration.
Experience with Enterprise Architecture components.
Working knowledge of complex business systems integration.
Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
