Overview

The Gainsight Administrator’s primary responsibility is to design, implement and deploy solutions supporting n2y Customer Success processes on the Gainsight platform.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Leadership to support business strategy development.
  • Work with the IT Enterprise data team to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Configure and deploy Gainsight to internal customers.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure successful data flow.
  • Analyze requirements for appropriate solution designs.
  • Manage mapping and implementing Customer Success processes.
  • Develop a customer health scorecard.
  • Design business rules for customer engagement.
  • Coordinate user acceptance tests for quality assurance.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience with Gainsight NXT and Matrix Data Architecture.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Synapse and SQL queries.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture components.
  • Working knowledge of complex business systems integration.
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
