Innovations Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Innovations Data Analyst will be the analytical backbone of myAgro's rapid innovation cycles, designing experiment tracking systems and synthesizing learnings across initiatives.

In Short

• Partner with innovation teams to operationalize hypotheses into measurable experiments.
• Define success metrics, sample sizing, and data collection approaches.
• Organize and integrate Innovations data into the central data architecture.
• Build visualizations and narratives for actionable decisions.
• Develop processes to monitor data quality and detect anomalies.
• Conduct data validation to reconcile field collection with system data.
• Create comparative analysis to identify patterns and tactics.
• Present experiment results to cross-functional audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data analysis work (quantitative research, A/B testing, program evaluation).
• Fluency with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience in agriculture in rural areas, and project design and management.
• Ability to translate technical insights into plain language.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Strong quantitative and computer skills.
