QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a QA Engineer at mx51, you will ensure our platform meets the exacting standards of Australia's leading financial institutions, working closely with our Engineering team to drive quality initiatives and shape the reliability of critical payment solutions.

In Short

• Develop, create, execute and maintain test cases, test plans, test scripts and other QA documentation.
• Perform thorough functional, regression and exploratory testing of mx51’s products.
• Identify, record and communicate bugs to developers and product managers.
• Manage and test third-party POS products through certification.
• Liaise with internal development and product teams to identify potential product risks.
• Continuously improve the QA process and procedures.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure products meet design specifications.

Requirements

• Experience as a Test Analyst or QA Engineer, particularly in testing Payment products.
• Experience in testing both web-based and/or desktop applications.
• Experience with test planning and managing test execution.
• Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Experience testing third-party payment integrations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to changes within the business environment.
