Musixmatch is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage and optimize its catalogue of song lyrics, ensuring accuracy and compliance across platforms.

• Audit and clean lyric content for formatting and metadata.
• Normalize and tag lyrics for consistency.
• Maintain metadata accuracy across platforms.
• Align lyrics across Digital Service Providers (DSPs).
• Prepare and manipulate large datasets.
• Create and maintain internal documentation.
• Support Commercial teams with data/documentation turnarounds.
• Generate reports and summaries for stakeholders.
• Assist Service Managers with operations tasks.
• Work closely with various internal teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written & spoken) with strong copy-editing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and content databases.
• Data literacy and comfort with numerical data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting external clients.
• Interest in tools like Coda, Google Suite, N8N, Tableau.
• Background in multilingual catalogues is a bonus.
