Implementation Consultant, Financial Software - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for nurturing strong business-to-business client relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of Multiview Financial Software, based on client specifications.

In Short

• Support clients transitioning to Multiview Financial Software.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team on project plans.
• Conduct strategic reviews to understand client financial needs.
• Prepare detailed project plans and milestones.
• Assist existing clients with new module implementations.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate technical discussions and integrations.
• Track project deliverables and provide status reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
• Adhere to data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Accounting.
• 2-4 years of experience as an implementation consultant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software or ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with data analytics.
