Overview

MultiLingual Solutions, Inc. (MLS) is seeking experienced Cantonese language instructors for a virtual course, providing language services and cultural training.

In Short

• Position for experienced Cantonese instructors.
• Virtual course from April 07-25, Mon-Fri.
• 6 hours of instructing time plus 2 hours of paid development per day.
• Research and prepare instructional materials.
• Design tests and quizzes for student evaluation.
• Provide homework assignments to reinforce learning.
• Report student progress to Project Manager.
• Must be a native speaker with teaching experience.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual teaching.
• Pay range of $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Educated native speaker of Cantonese.
• 3 years of experience teaching adult learners.
• 3 years of experience developing instructional materials.
• Cultural knowledge of Cantonese-speaking regions.
• Familiarity with the ILR scale preferred.
• Experience teaching US government students preferred.
• Experience with virtual classes preferred.
