Requirements

• Understanding of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of money laundering and CFT regulations.
• Basic security knowledge.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a financial services environment.
• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
