Engineering Systems and Reliability Lead - Remote

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Engineering team at our Dundalk facility as an Engineering Systems and Reliability Lead. This role will be responsible for driving the reliability, availability, and performance of engineering systems and assets across the Dundalk site.

In Short

• Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) for Asset Reliability Management (ARM) activities.
• Act as the Reliability Lead for the Dundalk site, championing reliability engineering practices.
• Lead the development and execution of reliability engineering strategies.
• Manage engineering systems including CMMS and asset management tools.
• Drive root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA).
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance plans.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on equipment reliability.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor asset health and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline).
• 7+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing CMMS and engineering systems.
• Proven history of driving reliability improvements.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, EMA regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with data analytics and engineering software.
