Overview

We are seeking an Oncology Account Manager for the Flemish North-East region of Belgium to build strong customer relationships and drive product sales growth in oncology.

In Short

  • Manage and grow sales in allocated oncology accounts.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
  • Engage in product sales discussions aligned with business strategies.
  • Identify and leverage collaborative opportunities within accounts.
  • Monitor business performance against sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product and therapeutic area information.
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance customer engagements.
  • Provide insights to marketing teams to align with customer needs.
  • Conduct activities in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Drive innovation and adapt engagement styles to different customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or University degree in Life Sciences or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Previous oncology experience preferred.
  • Experience in sales or account management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch; preference for English/French skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
