Overview

The Associate Director of Access will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the access and availability of vaccines and certain brands in the Mexican market. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including health authorities, providers, and internal teams, to ensure vaccines reach the population effectively and efficiently.

In Short

  • Ensure all activities comply with local and national regulations.
  • Lead projects related to vaccine access, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop training programs for the team on access policies and vaccine regulations.
  • Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team, providing growth and professional development opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication among different departments to align team members with access objectives.
  • Make strategic decisions based on data and analysis, considering all stakeholders' perspectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; a postgraduate degree is preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, preferably in the pharmaceutical or vaccine sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mexican healthcare system and access policies for medicines and vaccines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable objectives.
  • Strategic thinking ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment and health policies.
  • Fluent advanced English.
