The Associate Attorney will report directly to the Managing Partner of Foreclosure South. The right candidate must be licensed and in good standing in the State of Alabama and should have a minimum of two (2) years as a practicing attorney. New graduates or recently licensed candidates will not be considered. Candidates licensed in either GA, AL, or MS (in addition to Texas, which is required) will be strongly preferred. The Associate Attorney will focus on title review and title curative responsibilities, as well as nonjudicial foreclosure tasks. As such, experience in real estate law and title review/clearance is required.
