UDAAP Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

The UDAAP Senior Analyst will assist with Marqeta’s UDAP/UDAAP compliance program, focusing on supporting the marketing review process.

In Short

• Collaborate on improvements to marketing compliance and UDAP/UDAAP policies.
• Assist with the review process for external customer marketing content.
• Review marketing materials for compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal and Marketing for necessary approvals.
• Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Ensure timely completion of compliance reviews and documentation.
• Update marketing compliance policies in response to regulatory changes.
• Provide training to marketing teams on compliance requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams for compliant marketing strategies.
• Assist with other compliance advisory duties as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance in banking or fintech.
• Experience in marketing compliance in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of marketing/consumer protection regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• A hands-on approach and straightforward style.
