Senior Payroll Analyst, North America - Remote

Overview

The Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for leading payroll operations for North America, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll processing for approximately 800 employees across the U.S. and Canada.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations.
• Resolve payroll issues by collaborating with partners.
• Coordinate with People Operations and external vendors for benefit deductions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll best practices.
• Assist with year-end activities including tax filings.
• Mentor Payroll Administrator.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in U.S. and Canadian payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in cross-functional environments.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
