Overview

The Desktop Engineering team is looking for a senior Frontend Engineer to work on AI-powered features and capabilities in Firefox, greatly expanding the value and agency of our web browser for loyal and new users alike.

• Build high quality user interfaces and experience for Firefox with accessibility and usability in mind.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a software engineer.
• 3+ years working experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• A background in shipping high quality software.
• Working experience with SQL (nice to have).
• Familiarity with C++ and/or Rust (nice to have).
• Interest in working with a distributed team.
• Willingness to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• A love of working with others collaboratively.
• A keen interest in AI and bringing value to users in a privacy-preserving way.
