Senior Strategic Analyst - Product - Remote

Overview

This role will be dedicated to product reliability analytics, part of the Enterprise Product Analytics team, working with embedded teams and backend engineering teams.

In Short

• Building and maintaining reliability metrics and monitoring for early alerting of field issues.
• Conducting root cause analysis and creating scalable resources for problem solving.
• Establishing fundamentals and documentation for product reliability analytics.
• Leading analytic thought leadership for the product reliability domain.
• Defining and owning key engineering metrics.
• Applying statistical reasoning to identify anomalies in the field.
• Presenting findings to an executive audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics).
• 10+ years of experience in a quantitative field with a focus on physical hardware product analytics.
• Expertise in SQL and Python.
• Strong statistics, probability, and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Experience in hardware or software reliability analytics.
