Overview

The Senior Manager of Information Security will oversee Motive’s enterprise-wide security program, focusing on risk management, incident response, and security governance.

In Short

• Lead the development of risk treatment strategies.

• Direct Incident Response as Commander during incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of security leadership experience.
• Experience with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and GDPR.
• Expertise in Zero Trust and data protection.
• Background in incident response and crisis management.
• Hands-on experience in threat modeling.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and risk management.
• Exceptional influencing and collaboration skills.
• Advanced certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.
