In Short

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable, reliable data pipelines and ETL processes
• Own and maintain critical data systems including account distribution engines, enrichment pipelines, and automation workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, BI, and Product to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions
• Drive improvements in system stability, performance, and data quality
• Troubleshoot complex data and infrastructure issues to ensure seamless operations
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization efforts, including automation, monitoring, and security enhancements
• Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related technical roles
• Advanced expertise in SQL and building pipelines with tools like Airflow, DBT, or similar
• Experience working with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language for data processing and automation
• Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL best practices, and system optimization
• Exposure to CI/CD processes and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
