Overview

As the Technical Lead Manager on our Planning team, you will apply your passion in robotics and software development for production-ready autonomous vehicles, directing a team in the design and implementation of motion planning software.

Requirements

• Over two years of experience managing a development team.
• Masters or PhD in relevant fields.
• History of delivering production-quality motion planners.
• Advanced proficiency in search algorithms.
• Experience in developing motion planning solutions with ML.
• Expertise in C++, Linux, and Python, with SQL knowledge.
• Strong understanding of motion planning under uncertainty.
• Knowledge of robotics algorithms for autonomous vehicles.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
