We’re seeking an experienced and highly driven Video Editor to join our fast-paced, creative team at a growing U.S. brick toys brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, innovation, and high-output performance ad content creation.

In Short

• Produce high-volume, performance-optimized video ad creatives for social and digital platforms
• Utilize AI technologies to increase output and enhance creative execution
• Independently generate innovative content ideas tailored to target audiences
• Research competitors and industry trends to inform and inspire creative direction
• Manage and organize large media and asset libraries for fast, consistent output
• Deliver up to 100 video ads per month without compromising on quality
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency across all deliverables
• Take full ownership of your creative output, requiring little to no oversight

Requirements

• Proven track record in producing compelling performance-driven video ads
• Strong focus on efficiency and quality
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline editing processes
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Understanding of performance marketing and competitor research
