In Short

• Collaborate with leadership and teams for business process improvements.
• Perform analysis to drive system enhancement requirements.
• Design solutions to meet user requirements.
• Configure SAP to produce business results.
• Write functional design specifications for development.
• Conduct unit and integration tests for quality assurance.
• Manage deployment of solutions with technical teams.
• Provide tier 2 production support post-deployment.
• Lead small development and deployment teams.
• Work 100% remote from anywhere in LATAM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience as an SAP Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience with at least 4 full SAP implementations.
• Effective communication across organizational levels.
• Willingness to stay current with SAP innovations.
• Ability to estimate resources and effort needed.
• Ownership and drive to complete tasks with minimal oversight.
• Functional and technical knowledge of SAP basics.
• Knowledge of WM and ABAP.
• Ability to read and interpret ABAP code.
