Overview

As a Part-Time Semi Senior Finance & Operations Analyst at MOOVX, you will manage payroll, billing, reporting, and various operational tasks, contributing to the financial health and efficiency of the organization.

In Short

• Manage payroll processing and related activities.
• Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely billing.
• Prepare detailed financial and economic reports.
• Draft and send contracts for clients and new employees.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Advanced Power BI skills (including strong DAX knowledge).
• MUST HAVE: Experience with Binance (handling transactions).
• Nice to have: Experience with Payoneer, Docusign, and Apollo.
• Other Key Skills: Expertise in payments and billing processes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Contract management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
