Senior Manager Fund Accounting & Reporting - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Manager Fund Accounting & Reporting, you will oversee fund accounting and investor reporting for selected VC/PE funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving automation and efficiency in the processes.

In Short

• Prepare accurate investor reports including performance metrics and compliance with Invest Europe guidelines.
• Manage annual financial statements and coordinate with auditors.
• Conduct reviews of accounting data and improve quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for process automation.
• Support portfolio valuations and management fee calculations.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Work with the tax team on tax-related matters.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or controlling with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Practical experience with Invest Europe Guidelines.
• High IT affinity and experience with fund-reporting software.
• Analytical and detail-oriented working style.
• Very good English skills; proficiency in German is a plus.
