Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin to join our People team on a fixed term contract. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employee support through our Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and accurate recordkeeping.

In Short

  • Monitor the People Team Jira queue daily for employee inquiries.
  • Schedule onboarding sessions and support new hire profile setup.
  • Assess and improve employee-facing processes for scalability.
  • Use AI tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Process offboarding requests and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Create and review payroll reports for the payroll manager.
  • Maintain accuracy of employee records while adhering to privacy protocols.
  • Document solutions to improve processes and self-service resources.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in HR administration or People Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, ADP, or Jira.
  • Ability to build and test robust processes.
  • Experience using AI to automate processes and analyze data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset.
