Overview

The Product Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for a healthcare tech product, engaging healthcare professionals through targeted initiatives.

• Lead B2B marketing strategy for prescriber-facing platform.
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities within the HCP segment.
• Map customer journeys and develop tailored messaging frameworks.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable campaigns targeting HCPs.
• Create content and promotional materials for campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and refine initiatives based on insights.
• Develop tools and collateral to support the sales team.
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Track industry trends and provide regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in healthcare marketing.

Requirements

• 3-6 month contract, immediate availability preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product/platform marketing.
• Experience marketing to HCPs or clinical audiences ideal.
• Experience developing GTM strategies for digital products desirable.
• Strong strategic thinker with execution capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with TGA and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct a plus.
