Overview

As a Director, Digital Strategy, you will be driving performance, guiding account teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you if you relish managing client relationships, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, social & programmatic (video and display) advertising.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-3 clients with $500k/mo+ in ad spend
  • Build, manage, and maintain the client relationship
  • Revenue & retention responsibilities for your accounts
  • Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for your accounts
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs
  • Lead expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth
  • Familiar with sensitive advertising groups such as cryptocurrency or healthcare

Requirements

  • 7+ years of paid performance digital marketing experience
  • Deep familiarity working with both B2B and B2C clients
  • Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels
  • Comfortable digging into the weeds of reporting and ability to present best in class measurement strategies specific to your clients needs
  • Performance marketing specialist but familiar with upper funnel and brand marketing best practices
  • You are a communication guru when presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
