In Short

  • Manage executive agendas and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Create a welcoming and efficient office environment.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and administrative support for the executive team.
  • Plan and deliver internal events with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.
  • Proven experience in office management or executive assistance.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
  • Proven experience in office management or executive assistance.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Solid computer literacy and comfort navigating the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A previous experience with Health & Safety matters is a plus.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
