Personal Care/Office Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual who will operate in a dual role providing personal care to our clients in addition to office support for our regional management team. The role offers autonomy and flexibility of working in an office, residential setting and occasionally remote.

In Short

• Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Help patients with personal hygiene needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ health status.
• Help patients with medication reminders.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors.
• Manage patient intake and paperwork.
• Perform general office duties.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification or experience required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Empathy and compassion in providing patient care.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous office assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.
