Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in programming and debugging.
• Strong systems fundamentals and multi-threaded programming.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud services.
• Familiarity with database internals.
• Hands-on experience in performance-sensitive software.
• Experience with large backend codebases, preferably in Rust or C/C++.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration.
• Strong time management and project assessment skills.
• Interest in high-availability systems.
