As a fully remote company (even before COVID!), we welcome applicants from almost anywhere. Our team collaborates synchronously mostly from 9 AM – 2 PM PT and embraces asynchronous work to stay connected across time zones.

In Short

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Own sourcing efforts, proactively identifying and engaging top talent.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting best practices.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and optimize the recruiting process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Advanced sourcing skills for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
• Familiarity with DEI recruiting best practices.
