In Short

• Identify new business opportunities and proactively contact potential clients.
• Support the sales team in the early phases of sales processes.
• Research and qualify leads for further processing.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of potential clients.
• Assist with CRM system updates and lead generation strategy development.
• Contribute to preparing sales meetings and presentations.
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales Team.
• Optionally take on additional administrative tasks based on interests.

Requirements

• Initial experience or strong interest in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with potential clients.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
• Affinity for digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, LinkedIn).
• Currently studying or recently graduated, ideally in business, communication, marketing, or related fields.
• Very good German language skills; English is a plus.
