Overview

Momentus Technologies is hiring a Professional Services Team Lead to join our AMER team, responsible for delivering high-quality customer engagements across North and South America.

In Short

• Lead a team to deliver efficient and impactful implementation services.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and improve delivery methodologies.
• Oversee all active AMER services projects including planning and quality control.
• Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Cloud Ops for customer solutions.
• Support services sales efforts including SOW creation and client negotiations.
• Resolve delivery-related escalations focused on customer success.
• Ensure the team meets utilization and financial performance targets.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
• Contribute to team capacity planning and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a professional services or implementation team within a SaaS organization.
• Proven experience as a billable resource with utilization targets.
• Strong customer relationship skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in software implementation or project management.
• Solid understanding of SaaS consulting models and delivery metrics.
• Proficiency with CRM, PSA, ERP, or Order Management tools.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong change management skills.
