Senior Analyst, Risk & Quality Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Sr Analyst, Risk and Quality Reporting role supports Molina’s Risk and Quality Health Plan team by designing and developing custom health plan reports to support local interventions, provider outreach, and track outcomes of initiatives.

In Short

• Support the Risk and Quality Health Plan team.
• Design and develop custom health plan reports.
• Educate users on report usage related to Risk and Quality/HEDIS.
• Conduct research for performance improvement projects.
• Work with health plans to document requirements and build reports.
• Analyze data sets for anomalies and trends.
• Collaborate with national departments for testing reports.
• Develop oneself as a HEDIS subject matter expert.
• Perform root cause analysis for data issues.
• Work in an agile business environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in data mapping and cleaning.
• 3-5 years of experience in Managed Care Organizations.
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL and data design.
• 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Hadoop.
• 3-5 years of experience in HEDIS and Risk Adjustment analysis.
• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing performance metrics.
