TMG by Molina Healthcare is seeking a remote IRIS Consultant Supervisor for Milwaukee County.

In Short

• Provide leadership management and supervision to a team of IRIS Consultants.
• Identify and implement effective performance management strategies.
• Coach IRIS Consultants on soft skills required for their roles.
• Assist in developing and reviewing plans for IRIS Consultants.
• Conduct reviews of IC records and document results.
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders and the IRIS program.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new IRIS Consultants.
• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to team members.
• Network with external stakeholders for outreach opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social services delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data for quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
