Overview

This role involves providing stellar customer support and service to Molina members and providers, resolving issues effectively while demonstrating company values.

In Short

  • Provide service support to members and providers using various communication channels.
  • Conduct surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction.
  • Document pertinent details related to inquiries.
  • Meet scheduled shifts and work overtime or weekends as needed.
  • Build rapport and respond empathetically to customer needs.
  • Listen attentively and capture relevant information.
  • Meet individual performance goals in call quality and attendance.
  • Engage and collaborate with various departments.
  • Take ownership of providing resolutions in real-time.
  • Support provider needs for inquiries and assistance.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, and Verint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
