SEO Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who is passionate about optimizing websites—both on-site and off-site. You’ll be part of a dynamic team in a growing startup, gaining hands-on experience and making a real impact on our brand’s digital presence.

In Short

• Conduct SEO audits across brand websites to ensure SEO compliance and technical health.
• Manage and execute all SEO activities including on-page optimization, off-page optimization, social media optimization, link building, and local SEO.
• Monitor and adapt to the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz for strategic analysis and reporting.
• Identify and implement keyword strategies for web pages and editorial content.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
• Create and manage weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of SEO experience, preferably from a digital agency or startup environment.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Capable of running A/B testing to evaluate SEO landing page performance.
• Skilled in keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for metadata optimization.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
• Solid understanding of Google search algorithms and ranking systems.
