In Short

• Documentation & Storytelling: Create clear Help Center articles, how-to guides, and release notes.
• Content-Creation for all channels: Write and maintain documentation content in German & English.
• Knowledge Management: Collect input and structure knowledge for easy access.
• Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Analyze article ratings and support tickets for optimization.
• Quality & Style Guide: Help develop and enforce terminology and formatting guidelines.
• Ongoing study in Technical Editing, Communication Science, or related fields.
• Excellent German (native) and good English (B2+) skills required.
• Curiosity about SaaS products and conversational AI; experience with Markdown, HTML, or Git is a plus.
• Experience with documentation/CMS tools is nice-to-have.
• Structured work style and initiative are important.
