• Engage deeply with moinAI, tracking releases and features to translate them into understandable and exciting messages.
• Create content for all channels, including newsletters, release notes, and help center articles.
• Assist in gathering user feedback, deriving optimization potentials, and providing insights back to the product team.
• Measure the success of your initiatives through performance tracking of open rates, CTRs, and engagement.
• Flexible working arrangements, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a preferred field of study such as Marketing, Communication, Business Informatics, Media, or similar.
• Excellent German language skills (native) and very good English (B2+).
• Enjoy writing quickly and have a knack for audience-appropriate language and storytelling.
• Experience or strong interest in SaaS products, B2B marketing, and/or conversational AI.
• Familiarity with tools like a CMS (Webflow, Contentful, etc.), CRM (Hubspot), and design tools (Figma).
• Structured working style, initiative, and willingness to take on responsibility.
