In Short

• Lead and oversee end-to-end UX and UI design processes across all EARNM products.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Implement a user-centric design approach through feedback loops and user testing.
• Guide product branding and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Continuously innovate to enhance user engagement and experience.
• Oversee the creation of visually compelling marketing materials.
• Drive social media content strategy for consistent branding.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design roles, ideally in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles and marketing strategies.
• Ability to articulate complex Web3 products to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design roles, with leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of product development and user needs.
• Strong grasp of marketing strategies and brand positioning.
• Proficiency in UX methodologies and user research techniques.
• Experience with HTML and CSS, particularly in NextJS and React Native.
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Web3 industry experience or familiarity with blockchain concepts.
