UI/UX Design Lead - Remote

Overview

REEA Global is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Design Lead to serve as the anchor of their global design efforts, leading from the front with hands-on design execution and strategic input.

In Short

• Lead client workshops to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Translate client requirements into actionable design strategies.
• Produce clean, client-ready design documentation with strong rationale and visual clarity.
• Drive the full design lifecycle: research, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Uphold accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / Section 508) across design phases.
• Own and evolve REEA’s design system and shared component libraries.
• Conduct design QA and support front-end engineers during implementation.
• Work with marketing and business development to develop digital collateral.
• Partner closely with product leads, global developers, and designers.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to ensure consistent quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Mastery of design tools, particularly Figma.
• Deep understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 / Section 508).
• Experience collaborating with developers during the design-to-development handoff.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and leadership.
