Modash is a growing creator partnerships platform that helps brands scale their partnerships with creators on Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us take charge of product development. You will work directly with a product owner and shape our brands products end to end. So you will take it full cycle from understanding the customer to executing new ideas up to getting the designs ready for development.

In Short

• Talk with Customers about the Modash Product to understand their pains and needs on the topics of creator discovery and management.
• Work on prototypes and concepts for future product iterations. Design, collect feedback and get the requirements ready for the development team.
• Be part of development cycles. Prep the user stories, explain them to the development team, support the QA once the product iteration is ready and contribute by giving and receiving feedback.
• Collaborate closely with our product design team on product ideas, the design system and creating the best solution for our brand customers.
• Educate the entire company about new releases, and current projects.
• Track your impact using customer feedback and north star metrics.
• Your focus is product design and product design only.

Requirements

• Experience in product design.
• Strong prototyping skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback.
• Experience working in collaborative environments.
• Understanding of design systems.
