In Short

• Design and build a robust marketing platform that reaches the right audience anywhere, anytime.
• Develop end-to-end solutions spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure components.
• Dive fearlessly into unfamiliar territory to solve complex problems with elegant, performant solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical implementations.
• Optimize existing services for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Champion best practices for code quality, testing, and observability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and share knowledge across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of JavaScript and React.js development experience, with expertise in state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.), asynchronous programming patterns, and modern React features (Hooks, Suspense, etc.).
• 3+ years of TypeScript development experience, including strong typing practices and patterns, and TypeScript in Node.js server environments.
• 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, demonstrating responsive layout implementation, CSS architecture and optimization, cross-browser compatibility solutions, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and data visualization and charting libraries.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Strong DevOps skills including Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and build tooling.
• Experience leveraging AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
