Senior Director, Finance - Remote

Overview

Finance is a critical function for the Company, providing visibility and business insights that drive decision making for key stakeholders. We are looking for an AVP, Finance who is strategic-minded and team-oriented, capable of delivering financial reporting, analytics and insights that drive accurate forecasting and decision-making in support of the Company’s growth and profitability targets. Reporting to the CFO, this role will oversee the FP&A, strategic finance and corporate development activities.

In Short

• Lead key FP&A processes including financial and cash flow forecasting.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CFO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to establish organizational KPIs.
• Build and coach a high-performance finance team.
• Support diligence and valuation analysis for corporate development.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects.
• Evaluate and implement financial planning tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Masters in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Proven senior finance leader in a high-growth environment.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and corporate finance concepts.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Industry experience in professional or tech-enabled services is a plus.
• Experience in capital planning and corporate development activities.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google suite, Sage, Tableau, Hubspot.
