You are passionate about community building, communication, and eager to shape events with real significance? As a working student in the Community & Events department, you will be part of our team and help us build strong connections with our participants and create unforgettable experiences. You will gain exciting insights behind the scenes of Miss Germany and actively contribute.

In Short

• Be the contact person for our candidates and coordinate the season up to the finale.
• Support the planning and implementation of Miss Germany Season events and accompany the events on-site.

Requirements

• Enjoy direct contact with people and the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
• Manage and moderate the Miss Germany WhatsApp community to ensure an active and engaged participant base.
• Support candidates from application to finale, ensuring they feel well taken care of.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to maintain oversight in stressful situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in event concept creation and planning, ensuring all aspects of events are covered.
• Bring creative ideas and a sense for innovative trends in event and community management.
• Understand the needs and expectations of our community and candidates in your planning and actions.
• Familiarity with start-up culture and flexibility in working style.
• Willingness to travel and work some weekends during events, with appropriate compensation.
