Overview

The Senior UC Engineering Consultant will provide architectural and infrastructure support for Unified Communications systems, ensuring excellent user experiences and technology integration.

• Provide architectural support for Unified Communications systems.
• Implement and optimize Cisco Unified Communications systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Unified Communications and VoIP.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco products and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with network technologies and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage incidents and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of financial services is a plus.
• CCIE or CCNP Collaboration certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Azure AD and IAM security policies is a plus.
• Experience with documentation and design tools.
• Programming/scripting experience is nice to have.
