Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our cloud operations organization, working within a 100% Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.

In Short

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
• Collaborate with Database Administration team for high availability and performance.
• Automate workflows using Python or Shell/Bash.
• Support Kafka clusters and underlying operating systems.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Document infrastructure designs and operational procedures.
• Follow change management processes for production environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Systems Engineering.
• Strong experience with GCP, AWS experience is welcome.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Argo CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in Shell/Bash and willingness to learn Python.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Excellent communication skills for global collaboration.
