Senior DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at EX Squared LATAM, you will work with international clients to build scalable, data-driven platforms, focusing on cloud infrastructure for a multi-application platform.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues for developers and product teams.
• Enforce and promote security best practices.
• Contribute to technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering Leads.
• Lead or support small teams on projects.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Systems Engineer.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience running production environments in AWS.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python.
• Understanding of deployment strategies and system state management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern build systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments.
• Availability to collaborate during core hours (EST).
