Junior Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst (FP&A) with 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. In this role, you will support the FP&A team in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to enable informed business decision-making.

In Short

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecast cycles.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models for budget and forecast scenarios.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly management reporting packs.
• Perform variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Support development and maintenance of dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and data processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Solid understanding of P&L structure and financial fundamentals.
• Advanced English (written and verbal) communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools.
