Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in integrations and telecom carrier domains, focusing on UC/CCaaS platforms and ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.

In Short

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze and support UC/CCaaS platforms and carrier connections.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and integration teams.
• Support integrations involving carrier APIs, SIP/BYOC, and connector frameworks.
• Propose improvements for scalability and efficiency in integration processes.
• Evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Contribute to project planning, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Develop test plans and validate integration scenarios.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to processes and integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Understanding of UC/CCaaS platforms and communication ecosystems.
• Basic knowledge of SIP protocols and carrier integrations.
• Exposure to Microsoft Teams and Graph API is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
